The booking process, what to expect
As soon as you inquire with me I like to send along a questionnaire to get to know more about your wedding day vision, expectations and to see if we are going to be a good fit. Since I spend the most time with you on your wedding day it is important that we share the same vision and mutual trust.
Once the questionnaire has been answered I like to meet in person if that is not an option we can always FaceTime or some clients prefer email only which is totally fine with me! At this point your date is still not reserved, I do let other inquiries know I am in the process of booking however without the signed contract AND your non-refundable reservation fee I do not hold dates open.
Once you have provided me with those important wedding day details such as the date, venues, and general coverage times I will draw up a contract and send it over for you to review before signing it. In the contract you will find all important details about the coverage, payment guidelines and legal information that protects the both of us. I do require a $1000 non-refundable reservation fee to reserve your wedding date.
After the reservation fee is received with the signed contract here are the things that happen next:
That’s about it for now. It’s super simple and one of the more stress-free parts of planning a wedding.
Here you will find my pricing guide to see if I fit within your budget so we can get this planning started!
