How incredibly special was it to get their photographs done at the same place he proposed? Even better that it was in our own backyard here in Alberta at Lake Louise.

When planning a destination engagement session I always keep in mind that the weather may not cooperate, however in this case we lucked out with the most gorgeous summer evening to do their photographs. I am a little bit of a lighting boss so when it was too bright and busy to start right at the eye candy views of the gorgeous lake we did start in the trees nearby. We saved the best for last and caught the most beautiful light over that stunning turquoise water!
